Sea Haven was established following a community takeover of a previous legacy initiative.

However, the Company is not liable for any unfulfilled promises, structural or financial discrepancies, or historical actions taken by the previous project founders or developers prior to our assumption of management.
• Charitable Contributions: Funds designated for environmental partners or conservation initiatives are managed by Glow’s Haven LLC and distributed to verified third-party partners. These allocations are not speculative investment products.

Holder Rights: Owners of Sea Haven digital collectibles are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the accompanying graphic artwork for personal, non-commercial media platforms as explicitly outlined in the project whitepapers.

Our network interfaces may link directly to third-party charity partners, public ledger tools, or "Proof of Impact" tracking portals. Glow’s Haven LLC does not control, endorse, or assume liability for the content, asset distribution, or compliance policies of these external entities.
